Need Help from UK members

Hi Everyone,
Looking for a little help on a recent find. It was from a local park that goes back to mid 1800's (old from around here ;>) ) I can read only some of the lettering on this brass piece and the central emblem is from the Most Noble Order of the Garter. I'm assuming replica but the only lettering I can read on the outside edge is IB BOTSON. The park is in Utica, Michigan. Have run into a dead end on the Internet. One of the photos is a print of the Noble order that I found on line and I can make out the unicorn and lion, and the french writing on the banner below. Any help would be appreciated to satisfy my curiosity.[attachment 63719 garter005.jpg][attachment 63720 garter006.jpg][attachment 63721 garter007.jpg][attachment 63722 garter008.jpg][attachment 63723 garter009.jpg][attachment 63724 garter.jpg]
