Need button ID - Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma - 1907

Last Saturday my good buddy Popeye came up from Bacolod to do some detecting. Popeye is mainly a beach hunter w/ his Elite but on this trip I lent him my XS2aPro for some land hunting. Lots of coins in the sixties and seventies at one of these parks. We both had fun digging.

On the first field, he found a nice 1940s silver dime and on the second he dug an old Oklahoma state button that looks real nice - appears to be a lead (or is it pewter) button inside a tortoise shell.

1907 is probably when Oklahoma was admitted as the 48th State? Hope someone can tell us how old it is.

Hi I just found this button in new condition, is it that age ?

I just started collecting buttons after receiving my mothers old button tin.

Cheers
Oscar
