Need bullet ID please!

Found this bullet last Sunday. Can anyone ID this? Never found one like this before. The Diameter is .57, Length is .73, #13 small cavity depth is .14, it has 7 grooves from being fired and the weight is 325.1 gn. Any guesses? The closest I could come to is M&M 271 but it doesn't specify what make. CSA or Union, any help please!

It was fired from a Dickson/Nelson rifle. Most likely a cut off minie. Nice find, David @ Dixie
