need advice on headphones

David(AL.)

New member
I have had a Sovereign GT for about 3 months and been using Timberwolf Howler headphones, they are OK but the way the volume control works they are either to loud or not loud enough. Does anyone make headphones with infinite volume control not the notch like the Howlers?

You might open up your howlers and move the speakers or turn them around back to front. The idea is to reduce the output of the speakers so that your vol controls don't have work so hard to reduce the loudness. A layer of cloth between the speaker and the grid might also work.
Good Luck!

Hey David. They should not do that. Send them to me and I will take care of the problem. Thanks, Ron@ Timberwolf/Dixe

I don't think that any thing is wrong with my headphones, it's just that when I have them 1 notch below full volume they are to loud and at 2 notches below full volume they are almost to low. they would be OK if they could be adjusted in between.

The Timberwolfs I feel work the best for me on the Sovereigns as the tones are easier to tell the difference in. Being Ron can do a little adjustment on them I feel you will be well happy with them.
