Does anyone have the part to the battery connector to the battery shown in photo 2 of them fell apart while trying to change batteries so i'm actually looking for 2 to buy. Thank you

Use your favorite search engine and search the phrase "9 volt battery connector" and you should find a lot of places to by the connector in just about any quantity that you want. You will need to attach the wires to your adapter, but will have a new connector with both terminals attached.
Cheers,
tvr

Looks like a sword model battery endcap...just make sure you connect all correctly ..

If you are going to a radio shack store..... better get there fast since they all closed because of bankruptcy. Hardware store, lowes or hobby shop.

Yes! Just put one on, and had to wire it in backwards! Along with a new battery from maxpak

Just look on Amazon for "9v battery clip". There are many to choose from. De-solder the old one and solder-in the new one... Pretty easy.
