Found during GNRS very near Fort site. It's about 15" long, 3" wide at wide ends. That's a bolt in the right side near the end. I was told it may be a cobbler's tool, but can't remember the name. Can anyone direct me to a site with a description and photo of a more complete one? TIA.
 
*Unidentified buried object. Still haven't had anyone venture a guess as to what this could be. Hmmm, may have to go dig the rest of it up <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> (if only it were that easy...)
