I bought a rapoo h3070 to try my etrac wireless I fully charged them and turned on tried them for a little while worked ok then charged them again to be ready to go then now they wont turn on the transmitter blinks and lites up green but the headset does nothing at all . has anybody had the same problem thanks bandit

You are pushing in on the volume control, correct?

I think heasdset/transmitter both blink when turned on and then show a continuous light after they hook up with one another. Is it possible you accidentally turned the headset on when you unplugged the charger and inadvertently discharged the battery? Try recharging it again and see if it works then. If not , my guess is that it's defective

sprchng has some good advice!

Every once in a while my xmitter powers up but the headset acts up. When this happens i keep playing with the headset on/off/volume control. That power up control is sometimes tricky. Never had a time where neither unit ultimately refused to power up or link up. Also keep in mind that the xmitter times out shutting itself off if there's no link up with the headset. I don't know the exact timeout. Not sure if the headset wil timeout when the xmitter is powered off.

Also,
could be the mini-USB plug wasn't plugged into the headset properly. Those small USB plugs are delicate, don't force them.
Make sure when charging, both the xmitter and headset are showing red LEDs. The red will disappear and turn green when both are fully charged.
Note, the headset takes longer than the xmitter to charge up (typically 2-3 hrs. depending on how discharged the batteries are).

If the headset LED IS red during charging then turns green indicating a full charge and still won't power up, or it stays red forever, then in all probablility you're looking at a defective headset.

Wanted to clarify my post. I re-read it and left out some wording describing the charging process which is misleading for anyone still interested.

Original text:
If the headset LED IS red during charging then turns green indicating a full charge

Should read:
If the headset LED IS red during charging then turns off indicating a full charge and will not turn greed at power up...

I couldn't get mine to work at first, but then I realized that I had to push in and up on the headset switch to get it to turn on. I always turn the headset on first, then put them on my ears. Then I turn the xmitter on and make sure I hear the beep when they're paired.

thank you all for the help I can get them to work when they want too . iwas hoping for better quality I guess thanks again bandit

One last thing thinking back. The times i had problems powering up the headset i almost always was wearing gloves.
That power-on/off switch as i said is tricky, it needs the tip of a gloveless finger to gently depress it in.
