Hello everyone, I am thinking of getting this printer all in one system its a Lexar with 4800 X 1200 DPI with photo printing, 600 X 1200 Scanning. I have researched it on line and it retails at some stores for around 299.00 dollars I have found it for 220.00 QVC.com has it for a introduction price for 99.00 bucks! Will those numbers yield good photos. ITs not a speed demon around 6-8 pages per minute, Im not in no hurry. Any advise on this will be very welcome. I am looking for a all in one printer, scanner, and photo copier. The scanning and photo printing is the most important to me, so, 4800 x 1200 DPI is that good photos? and scanning 600 x 1200 is that good? Thanks Ronnie

Lexar is good and you should also look at Epson. That's my choice. I saw some really great Epson printers last week at the convention
I am of the opinion that if you want really photos you need to stay above the $300.00 range.

Lexar was formed out of IBM and it's printer business when IBM was selling off various business divisions.
