That think I thought might be a dog license is getting a cleaning. I can now read the rim on one side. The date on the bottom reads 1904. I can see the top rim now and it reads Worlds Fair St. Louis. I hope it all cleans up good. I'm using peroxide and naval jelly. The naval jelly is old though and was frozen a few times in ILL in the garage. I'm going to try and get some more. It seems to be working.

I'm hooking up with Jerry in the morning and we are going to hit that last beach again. I know there are some more goodies just waiting on us. Good luck to all who can get out.
 
That's what I love about this hobby! Dig and hole and find a target and you just never know what you're going to find :)
