Nazi Mother's Cross, Swastika Badge and a boar's tooth...

Bavaria Mike

New member
It defrosted here in Germany. Detected a few fields of red dirt in a neighboring town, highly mineralized but no problem detecting. The dirt is tough on the finds here. A few of the better finds from the red dirt fields. A poor condition swastika badge made of zinc. Obverse.

Reverse of the badge. Amazing the pin held up so well and better than the badge did in this soil.

Thats a couple of nice finds. I know the feeling just starting to thaw out here to.

Congrats on the very good hunting Mike! You find the neatest stuff! I really like the cross, Beale.

Very interesting bit of history there. Good Luck

Wow, your finds are always amazing. Holding history like that when it comes out of the ground must be humbling. Thanks for sharing!

Some very nice finds there Mike.
That's part of the facination of the hobby. Pulling up the unexpected.
