Nature Walk

Took a walk in the woods yesterday and heard this noise. Looked up and a snake had fallen from a taller tree into another one. was supprised to see this.. then my first Robin of the fall season. The robin is a major crop since I only had my 80-200 lens with me.

Wow, very unusual snake pix. I don't know what kind he is but seems to be making a good living at tree-snaking ... around 4 feet long? So that's where that darned Robin went! Don't blame him. It's around zero degrees here.

LOL yes he's about that long but funny thing is I walked one and then I heard him fall from the tree to the ground...didn't look back just kept keeping on. :)

Wal, from what I hear ye kin find Reticulated Pythons 12 feet long and all sorts of imported varmints in Fla. so keep yer eyes peeled. Yer doin good so far, but watch fer scaly logs & stuff.
