Nasty weather East Coast Aussie

Gidday Ken, and others

You must be looking expectantly at the beaches the last few days? Sand getting ripped away exposing all the good stuff. We have been getting a lot of news over here in NZ. Have a friend on the Sunshine Coast so should get hold of him to see how he's doing.

My Quattro is gathering dust in my garage at present. Took it to look around an old power station site but it was a protected site. No luck. Need to get down to Picton waterfront but got 3 little kidlets and my other half likes a bit of help around the house. Darn, back to work next week too. I still haven't got the Q sorted yet. More practice, bury more stuff in my garden I think then just leave it for a while.

Happy hunting

David

G'day Kiwi. I don't live near a beach but I bet there's a few blokes teething at the bit waiting for the weather to die down. There'll be a heap of stuff found. Best advice I can give is just perservere with the Q. Get as much practice as you can. Know whatt you mean with the family. Mine all grown now and I'm semi retired so get plenty of time. I was a bit daunted at first, not what I was used to but the more you get out the better you'll become and the easier it gets.... Regards..................Ken.:ausflag:
