Narnia!

My wife and I will be picking the boys (8 and 10) up a little early from school tomorrow (20mins) for a surprise - we will be taking them to see "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe". Who else is planning on seeing it this weekend?
We started reading the books to them at bedtime last summer (2004) and just finished the last book about a month ago.
When they heard about this movie coming out they were (are) sooo excited.
I am glad that there is a positive alternative to Harry's Secret Chamber Pot.
Hopefully they will continue and make all 7 books into movies.
Merry Christmas!

my kids have an old version of the movie, but it is not well done. The new one looks good. The kids will likely see it. Let us know what you think!

the games for kids to play is going to include the Bible Stories and won't that be great instead of all this killing, exploding of bodies, blood, gore and filthy language and such? I always wished I was smart enough to make games and CD's with a Christian format, but alas this ole gal lacks brains for that!

I praise God for something decent that the kids can play and learn morality...which is a start to something better for them and us!

God Bless!
