I haven't decided yet. I really, REALLY, really like my MXT. As for the tone ID, there's not many tones. We don't need the "grab" with our soils. I just don't know. Why fix something that isn't broke? HH, Nancy

Well .....the back light with 3 settings is also a nice
feature ......if you hunt in the evenings.

I Am with you Nancy, I love my MXT, and do very well with it. Mine is getting old, it was one of the first to come out. I might just wait till they start marking down the regular MXT and get a new one of them. I don,t need tones, my hearing is bad anyway, so why give up something that works for you. I'm glad someone agrees with me Dean. Thank you. I know my MXT like the back of my hand and just because a few lights and few tones, I can live with out it. Like you, I would like another one since it's so old. I might have to talk to the hubby about that. HH, Nancy
