<p>With the drought being as severe as it has been here in Southern New Jersey, my pond which has only dried up 3 times in almost 30 years, with two of the three times being last year and this year, I get visitors looking for a meal, since it is the only moisture around (the mud that is) and right before dusk this evening I got to photograph in poor lighting this snake looking for a meal in the empty wasteland of my dried up pond! I know what type it is, does anybody else? One hint, it is a very good and noble snake, it often eats water snakes.[Photos taken with Nikon 775]...Don in South Jersey
