Nags Head or VA Beach ?

Got permission from the wife to go sand digging next weekend. Should I go to Nags Head or Virginia Beach? Decisions...Decisions ?????

Can't speak for Nags head, but if you want success in VB, I'd recommend getting in the water. The beach has been pounded to death since the storm, and it hasn't produced what was hoped for. There's a trough holding the heavy stuff out there somewhere, but the surf hasn't subsided to a level that I'm comfortable water hunting. I'm waiting for sombody to post success in the water, then I'll man up and put on a wetsuit!
