Here's a N.H. chest from around 1770-1800 that just went out the door,Mahogany sides and top,veneer draw front made with bookmatched satinwood,with zebra wood border.Inlay banding is Maple and Ebony around top and base.Enlarge and Enjoy

the sunniest room in the house.The dealed I bought it celled me form the auction house to ask me if I could bring it back to live,She's been bring me things for over ten years and knows how my work comes out but she said she had to call me on this one because it was so bad.I had my doubts when I saw it but I didn't tell her.She was thrilled.She even used the word ZESTY when she saw it.
