They say confession is good for the soul and I confess my explanation on threshold using a discrete transistor amplifier was one I wish I could have deleted after I read it on the forum. Why is it a person sees all the mistakes in grammar, spelling, and poor illustrations right after it is posted? I appreciate you guys putting up with that and being understanding. My desire it to learn as much as I can about the detector so bear with me. It is not to impress anyone with how much I do or do not know but rather to find answers. I guess I have said a hundred times that my posts have a big question mark at the end. What I am saying is based on my experiences and understanding this is how it works or trying to relate that by some kind of illustration or explanation. When I go back I look for corrections, additional input, or agreements in my quest to understand and do better with the detector.
