Mystery Coins...A little help PLEASE.

The one on the Top was found last year with a cheapy detector about 4-5 inches down.
The one on the bottom was found today along the banks of the CT. River , I think I overcleaned it .
Thanks for looking I cant find either on this Forum.
I don't know if there is any real value to them.
