My "worked out" backyard with the V3!

I finally was able to get out today for the 1st time since I purchased my Spectra...mainly due to all the rain here lately! I went out to my back yard(less than 1/4 acre) with the sole intent to throw some targets out to see what kind of readings I would get as I only had about 20 minutes to play around. I was done that in about 10 and decided to walk the yard for a few minutes....the same small yard that I've hit well over a dozen times with my XLT. What do I find 8 1/2 inches deep after getting a 19 vdi and a good looking analyze reading? A 1941 Jefferson Nickel! I consider that a great start!

Good deal. See what you pull out of there once you get the handle on it well!!

Good deal - My nickle count has gone up since I got the Vision - But I'm also using the Vision at a couple new spots and I have only used one other detector in one of the areas. It just seems to do well on nickles. Most of mine been hitting 19 and the data seems fairly consistent for the nickles when I can get away from trash under the coil.
