My Weirdest Find was...What was yours?

Don't know about weird but was not good , a body on the beach on 27th April 2012 at 6am in that morning .

Found a Vibrator too :D on a different date a while back too.

Didnt find it but was asked by poilce to look for a wooden leg. Seems a lady lost it out about waist deep.

I once found a handcuff, not a pair just one. Many finds intrigue you with imagining the story behind their loss.

A coke spoon that was designed to fit on a necklace. The other item was the id tag from a crematorium. I still have the spoon but I took a picture of the tag and returned it to the ocean.

1. WWII hand grenade
2. an aluminum condom container that looked like a sardine can with one condom in a foil-like wrapper

Back in 2002,(I was just starting). A friend invited me to hunt around a old farm house on his land. After finding the usual, I spotted a scraggly orchard in the back. Shortly got a very sweet, clean signal under a tree. Dug down some, to a wooden box about the size of a shoebox. Pretty rotten, but something was rattling around inside it. After carefully opening it, found a sack. Now I'm pretty tuned by now. Tore open the bag. Out came a silver medallion, engraved (Fluffy) ! Along with the piece were the remains of a cat !!! I dug up someone's cat. Felt blood rushing to my face, looked around, reburyed everything. Luck hasn't changed much since then.

my 'Weirdest Find' to date is some of the people I've met on this Forum! Y'all know you are worthy of that honor!:clapping:..
Mud

My knee. I first found it with the new ATX. Darn thing would go off every time I swung it in front of my new knee. Took some time to figure it out.

Just recently from the ocean, I got a nice signal, a hard spot to sink my scoop into, a HEAVY object in the scoop, almost dumped it...until I noticed the gold ring.
I am still looking for D.J.'s (Davy Jones' - I assume) other bowling balls. There should have been three for Duck Pin or Candle Pin bowling.

This begs a couple of (I think fairly decent) questions . . . 1) If the leg was wood, why didn't it float? 2) If the leg was wood, how did the cop expect you to find it with a metal detector?

Just sayin'

I think by saying wooden leg she was implying a prostetic leg ?
