My weight loss plan:moving forward...

..I hopped on the scale at the gym 1 week ago:261 1/2 LBs...I gained weight from having that cast on for 5 weeks;and Christmas....Today;2591/2...:thumbup:My plan is to be down 40 LBs.by my birthday;August 7TH...So;To Celebrate the Weight loss:Im going to Burger King tonite and get their double Whopper with onion rings,and a strawberry shake!!...:rofl:NOW SERIOUSLY:I am saving that for when I am half way to mt goal!!...One question:WHY is it so much harder to lose it than it is to gain it???:confused::rage::wacko::shrug:
 
on a plan is to pick a day every 10 days or so and eat whatever you want. Then next day go back to your diet. One day of splurging wont effect your progress. If you never satisfy your longing you may fall off the wagon. Steve in so az
