I just returned from my annual 2 week vacation in Florida....The water conditions were a bit rough and the finds in the water were a bit scarce but I still managed to find a few gold and silver rings....and of course I had a blast....

Nice finds and video, thanks for sharing!

Maybe the finds were a little slim, but the warmer water
and hunting with good friends probably made the trip to
the beaches worth the effort. Thanks for sharing the video
with your finds Surfdigger. Gold Nuggets :wiggle:

Nice, I just missed you as I was in the area myself a day or so after you. It was sanded and rough and not really productive but did enjoy meeting Dig and swinging with him for a little while. I live on other coast and it has been sanded as well and very rough. You found more in two weeks than most of us. Maybe we will catch you next trip.

as always a great video, thanks for sharing with us again..

Hey, Surfdigger, love your video's. Thanks for taking the time to make them. Hope you keepem' coming, Thanks, Gene

Well they say the camera adds 10 pounds so I'm thinking you must have had like 6-9 cameras on me. Kidding! It was great to see you and I am looking forward to having your camaraderie here for some more hunting. Let me know when you're on your way back. Besides someone has to keep Mark in line! Hopefully it will be less sanded in on your return.

Very nice, glad ya had a good time... I woulda like to catch up with ya since the wife was at her parents in Punta Gorda, but I was in Wisconsin. Man I wish I had my dfx up there, never seen so many old places. But I will be in PG next weekend...

Yeah.....you poor guy....you have to keep Mark in line all by yourself....a little advice....crush up a couple of Tylenol PM's in his Gatorade....that'll keep him manageable....HH....Brian

Great Video Sd, almost as good as being there...one Beautiful place, But I swear I think the Best Place to be is on the Jersy shore for beach detecting ..and that goes for all year round. Looking forward to some more jersy shore video's.............................joe

Great video Surfdigger. I was wondering what camera are you using?

Thanks,

Nice video........Bradenton/ Sarasota beaches are in my back yard....

Even if your md were slim.....we do have some nice beaches..

I've hunted those beaches pretty heavily this last winter. The water and weather was cold with very little activity as far as beaches go. Now that the water and weather is warmer, hunting should be a lot better. Here's hoping for a great 2010 summer hunt season.....I just hope the oil stays away.
