My two PCGS slabbed pieces (found detecting)

Hi, These are the two coins that PCGS did slab. Found a while back. The other 6 coins were not slabbed. Surprised at the grade of the 1920 Mercury (thought it was lower) and the grade of the 1848 Half Dime (thought it was higher). What do I know. Going out tomorrow (Saturday) and find some new ones I hope!!!!

I have been hesitant to try that with a couple of mine figuring that many dug coins get tagged with the dreaded "environmental damage" title or will say "cleaned". I had this happen to friends. But looks like you got great grades...congrats

Thanks Bill, But remember my other 6 coins were labeled jut that. Environmentally damage or cleaned or scratched. I posted a 1805 half cent that was refused. It had slight damage, but coming from the ground was remarkable! Never again will I spend money to have someone tell me NO, and keep my money. There should be some compensation or exchange. I slab my own now.
