My Trigger Switch Broke Off, Help

User replaceable, $7.95 from White's http://whiteselectronics.com/products/accessories/replacementparts.html
 
It can be done both ways. The switch has a pig tail and connector and just plugs into the board. Call and get one from Whites. Quit eating your Wheaties.
 
Mine broke too after about a month of detecting. My kid brought it in from the car and it was bent, I tried to bend it back and it broke...ouch. My Whites dealer Tony lives about 5 miles from me in Illinois so it took him 5 minutes to fix it. No problems since.
