$40 off Craigslist! It was missing the battery holder but a quick trip to Radioshack and for less than $3, I got an 8AA battery holder for it.:thumbup: I downloaded the manual and now to take it up to the mountains and start collecting gold nuggets:thumbup:
 
Nice! I would buy them all day long at that price. I've bought and sold them before but i don't have much nuggets to look for around my neck of the woods. I notice when I sell them on Ebay, there are some times of the year I can get 350.00 for that machine, other times in the 200's. Check completed listings and notice the dates of sale and the green prices, this holds the key for a timely resale. Otherwise, enjoy todays find in an adventurous kinda way.
