my sunday hunt

[GRAY GHOST]

hi everybody, shown is the results from today's hunt south of petersburg, va. the nice flatbutton and fishing weight i found last weekend [it was easter, couldn't get away for too long] i found the four dropped williams cleaner bullets all in a line about 30 ft. long. that don't happen very often around here! the unusual iron buckle has braided wire, kinda like barbed wire strands, standing in for the tongue. a nice tompion soon followed, even still has some of the cork, a coat weight, and a dropped three ringer. a nice knapsack hook rounded out the day. i also got some pieces of lead melt, not pictured.
frank and i had a good day. we'll try to get back out there and find the honey hole next time. thanks for looking, and hh!
