I wouldn't worry about this. There certainly are scam artists and possibly even "predators" to be found in large parking areas. But THIS particular incident is not a physical possibility.
I've assisted in HUNDREDS of surgeries in which we used Ethrane (Ether) in a tiny closed invironment. The highly flammable and evaporative gas leaks much more into such a closed confined space and I had to stand there, sometimes, for hours. The tiny amount that would be on this "card" would be negligable and, in an outdoor environment, it would be completely ineffective. It also has a distinct NON-perfume odor that in no way could be confused with any perfume! Nail polish remover, maybe...but NOT perfume.
Hope this makes you feel better. You might want to pass this on to any others you may have sent this to as well as whoever sent it to you originally.
