Here is a few pics of my hefty sum. Nobody else besides us digging like to see it all so here it is :)

Oldest quarter is 1911 did not check the dimes yet. Just got done cleaning and putting them away. Feels like 8 pounds of silver :) I do not polish my silver I just get the dirt off.

Took about 6 months I got lucky on 2 sites that seem to have been never touched. Found 1 quarter cache of 25 quarters.

Very good finds......hh.......Dan

Thats sweet..... SHOW OFF !!! lol. Awesome job on your part. :yikes: My silver count could all be layed out on top of a postage stamp. I guess I need to get out of the ballparks and start hitting some OLD homesites ? REALLY NICE WORK. cch

Looks like a picture that would have been taken in the old days! (Very nice to see all that silver in one spot.) You efforts are appreciated here! Good work:thumbup::usaflag::usaflag::usaflag:!

Haha well it been a combination of detectors I meant to post this in the metal detecting forum. BHID 300&BHID/ tesoro stingray/Ace 250/Garret 2500/tesoro sidewinder. Did not care for the 2500 to heavy. The other detectors are all good. My finds are from never detected(i would guess as the finds are plentyful) areas deep in the woods a old camp I found. It is all grown over. I found old outhouses barely standing and some barely visible if not careful out there ya fall into a pit. Lots of hangers and tent spikes.

from looking at the finds looks like that place was from around the mid 50's have you done any history of this site looks like the plase i hunt that was from 1947.
