Look at the word FIVE CENTS on the back side of the coin. This is the side with the Buffalo. If you look closely, there appear to be two distinct sets of letter overtop of each other but shifted to one side. It should be most pronounced at the VE of FIVE and NTS of CENTS. This is caused early in the manufacture process by the hub. The hub is one of a few normal relief images that is pressed into a Die. The die is what is loaded into the press and strikes a coin. If the Hub shifts when it makes contact with the die, then you get a die that spits out errors. I believe the reference number is FS017 located in the "Cherrypickers Guide" by Bill Fivaz. At last count I think there are 50-100 discovered so far.
You really should not need a magnifying glass to see it, but it would make it really obvious if it is so. I really think it is just from the photo you submitted.
Additionally, go to EBAY, and look for 1935 and double die in the serch query bar. I have seen them for auction. You might have to look under completed items.
