hey everybody. the first pic is actually from my last hunt of '09. as you can see, we've been digging up all kinds of lead and the occasional nice brass piece. the button on the right is a sportsman's button. see the hunter with his dog in the woods? the one on the left, well, i don't know. it looks like "coe" but i might be wrong. no backmark, just stippled, so it's probably civilian. at first, i thought it was a long awaited script c! oh well, can't win 'em all. the 1896 indian and 1934 wheaty were cool to find too. thanks for looking, and hh!
