My Opinion of the SE

After using the SE for two weeks, and doing some side by side comparing against the XS2, I don

Did you do any side by side comparisons on nickels? The XS and II seemed different to some of us on nickels.

Good point Charles, it is better on nickels then the XS for sure, not sure about the XS11 though, i don't remember if we checked nickel signals. We mostly just checked each others signals and tried to guess what it was. Every signal i could hear with SE he could also hear with the ll. I mostly was going for deep targets, and asking if it sounded good to dig or not.

Hey Jerry, while Chris was here he was on the phone with Monte askin his opinion about the SE.Do you know if has decided to give one a try? Or is that who you were out with?

Chris and Tom are the ones i was with, they decided to wait on getting the SE. If your thinking about getting a NEW Explorer i'd get the SE. The main differences between the SE and EX2 is, looks, pin-pointing, and faster audio and screen update. Which are very nice to have. IMO
