Found in a shoreline concretion: carbonates and tar like substance.
Rang up real hard on my MXT - like a bomb going off!

No idea how long it takes to make a concretion.
No idea how it got to Puget Sound in great condition (rather damaged by soaking in Dr. Pepper).
Very cool beginning to this year!
