Well I searched my home with a fellow THer today, here's what I found. The silver disk on the bottom has "Pierce Arrow model 66" printed on the front along with the date 1917. on the back it says "Sonoco" All of the coins are recent but we are going back soon, maybe after a good rain.He found 2 wheaties and the Shuttle. It was a good day for me I am a born again MDer
 
I wonder what the silver disk is - being marked on both sides, it's probably not an emblem or label - some kind of promo/token?
Dated at 1917, you can bet there are definitely some more old goodies in the ground there...
 
wow that is nice and old, make sure to check everything over more then once, dont want to miss what is waiting for you there. good luck.
 
My friend and I are planning another trip there after a good rain,,,,,,it is raining as I type!!!! and it will rain tomorrow.
