Why is it white? does anyone know ? i talked too Kellyco and thay dont know i thought thay were black?

That's a good question. All I have ever seen are black. I would not be happy with that. It's almost like you didn't get what you ordered.

The white ones are suppost to be the new ones that are better nulled to work with the V series of detectors better. There were also rumors that white does not absorb the suns rays as much as the black ones and operates cooler. (less change in null) I don't think either reason has been proven yet.

Yep the white ones are the new V rated ones so you have the latest model, there is a test using the new 12x10 SEF on a V3i. Test is on Garys Detecting UK site.
