This spring I was searching a site with permission on private land. I was on the road (logging) above the cellar hole. Using a Garrett, got the coins in the top row, (Large Cents) (two inches deep) and the Scoville button. They where mostly within a foot of each other and had a hole in them as if strung together. Exciting for me, my first Large Cents, one read 1830. Also found a bank token? And about 30 ft away an

The F4 is a good coin machine. I have had mine for about a year and half. It gets decent depth with a good ID. As you have seen it doesn't hurt to dig the iffy signals.

You have a great place to hunt. I wish there were places like that around here.

The F4 will do you good.

IF YOU EVER GET THE F75 AND YOU GO BACK IN MONO TONE AND A DISC OF 6 YOU WILL FIND A FEW MORE RELICS OR COINS IF YOU HAVE AN AREA THAT OLD I WOULD GET THE F75 IT SEEMS YOU ARE READY FOR SUCH A UNIT...THE FISHER FAMILY OF DETECTORS ARE GREAT MACHINES AND I THINK FISHER WANTED A NEW LINE SO THEY COULD COMPETE WITH THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE BUT THE F75 IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST DETECTORS EVER MADE IN THE TOP TEN FOR SURE....FAST AND DEADLY IT IS NOT PERFECT BUT YOU WILL NEVER FIND THAT WHEN IT COMES TO DETECTORS. MAYBE FOR XMAS YOU CAN GET A NEW MACHINE?
