Just been trying it out in the back garden. This has been gone over at least a dozen times, found a 1938 threepenny Piece, and a beaten up old Half penny. Fantastic.Wish I'd bought it earlier:biggrin:

When you pinpoint just wiggle your coil in very short strokes left to right and gradually work the coil to your body. Just as it starts to break up or disappear your target should be pretty close to the front edge of your coil. You can do this going away from your body as well and your target will be close to the back edge of your coil. Hope this helps. It works for me.........:) HH.

When I pinpoint, I hit the pinpoint button and wiggle the coil back until the signal is gone and I find that the target is just behind the front of the coil, more like about center of the coil sticker. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the way I find the targets. Anyways, Good Luck with your new Explorer-II and hope you find lots of cool stuff with it.
