My "new" E-Trac!

I bought a used E-Trac in great shape, and it just arrived today! I've been following this forum for several days while awaiting my machine. I've been detecting for a few years with a White's Classic ID. Which was fun at first, but I'm ready to move on and find that silver. The guy I bought the detector from included a handwritten note with referenced this chat site. He said it was full of useful information. This, I already know. I can't wait to post my first silver. Kills me that the weather is rainy, and the sun is going down... And Friday will be the first day I will get to start using my "new" machine. Anyway, just thought I'd say I'm joining the group.

Welcome to the forum and the e-trac family ! You will love this machine, just have to get some time on it and the good stuff will come. good luck on your future hunts.

You'll be amazed when you get a little experience with the etrac and go back over the sites you hunted with the classic id.

BHNugget hit it on the head about re hunting all your old sites. You hear this saying every time a manufacturer comes out with the newest and baddest machine. But with the etrac you can believe it! I've had probably 5 Classic machines from the C3 to the IDXpro. Although great machines they will not pull those deeper 7inch plus coins. You'll need a bigger digger. I recommend the Raptor 31 from Predator tools.

You will love your ETrac! In fact I like mine so much that I just traded my XP Deus for another ETrac so that I will never be without!

Don't be in a hurry, the ETrac doesn't come fast. Listen to the tones then use the ID. The tones don't lie.
