Everybody at church really like my music-it is my way of expressing myself-everybody told me after service yeaterday they LOVED it..."GOOD JOB"..."KEEP IT UP"..."WOW"!!..I ever heard some of the children cheering for me at the end oF "Help Pour Out The Rain"...When I tell them I want to do some song for a future service, unless a baptism or something else is planned, they tell me'BY ALL MEANS!!DO IT MORE OFTEN!!!" Some in my congregation have told me they could NEVER even consider getting up in front of people for ANY reason, much less singing.I know, not everybody can do that...I remember the VERY first time I sang in front of people-it was 7th grade music class -each of us had to do a song-SOLO,by the way-to pass-I did that John Henry song-the teacher played piano for me-when I was finished, the rest of the class APPLAUDED-VERY LOUDLY-FOR ME!!!...I remember thinking"I kinda like this applause"...and it STILL makes me feel good;but-I acknowledge it as what it is-a gift from the LORD;not of my own doing........
