A few years ago I hunted a site that had been a ball diamond in the twenties and had since then reverted back to a corn field. I kid not when I say the corn pushed up more coins than those I had to dig for. After a rain I'd walk the rows and pick up the coins.

Ahh I long for the good old days. :lol:
 
That field shut me out yesteray cept' for 7 or 8 flat buttons and a few musketballs. I've got till weeks end before they plant so I'll give er' one more shot this week. Good luck everyone ! Hey Harry......is that dime REAL shiny ??:lol:
