Nice looking haul of loot there John. How does the 2500 do better than a 250? Deeper, better target ident? I'm having a hard time understanding what a better machine does other than what we find with the 250.

And BTW, have you gotten any of my PM's? I would really like to get that one bit of info from you on those double sided coin rings........
 
The 2500 allows you to size a target (like the GTP 1350/GTI 2500) It also has the "true all metal mode" which gives greater depth, greater sensitivity and still gives a conductivity reading. In an area with not too much junk it's a killer.
 
PLus that it goes deeeeeep! Somewhere around here I've got three Barber coins I pulled up at 14 inches with the 2500 - under a tree root. What a booger they was to dig out.
