Yes, they quit making it bout 6 yr ago, but i bought this new in box in March, 3 pc rod, can mount box fwd or back, have 8-2000nimh, batts with plug in recharge robbed from phone, 8 and 10 in coils, fantastic detector for most things, and coils available up to 15", one fine detector, excellent balance, and gets down as far as anyone needs to go :minelab:

Yep Bugar, the muskies are some fine detectors. I sure like the one you have pictured there. I bought a musky colt new/dealer display in march also one great little detector. I also have the new advantage on a Sov GT straight rod I got from GA Cracker, its a great detector too, I believe it's a little deeper than the colt but the colt is quieter in iron laced sites. Love them both....
These machines are way under-estimated wouldn't you agree?

Yes a very underrated detector, like the overload sound on large objects, and many other things, 3 pc. rod, and with small coil, fantastic balance, just a dandy detector , it runs as deep as anything i have and use or have used where I hunt :minelab:

Iv'e had 3 Advantages, somehow allus sold em or traded em, but i really like this Colt, i traded it to a dealer, for some other Detector, then missed it so bad i bought it back, shucks it'll hit on dimes at 10 - 10 1/2 in, what else could you ask? quarters at 11 1/2, 58 cal ball at 10 in" in dry soil. Keeps me happy, and don't have to worry much bout the weather, they purty watertite, in fog n rain, but no storms , or cricks :minelab:
