MEAGER! Here's 5 hours of hard digging this weekend. No plate so you didn't here me holler way up there in Penn. I tell ya, if those old boys drank Pabst Blue Ribbon and Mountain Dew I would have had a heck of a day. But anyway it was worth a cold one when I got home. On a side note. I've read and been told that during the Civil War there were no grommets such as I've posted here. But every civil war spot I hunt I seem to dig quite a few. What do y'all know about the subject ?

Nice finds buddy. I've seen those grommets posted in with DIV finds. If they dug them in a hut how could they not be civil war period.
