I placed a bid on a 4" coil at eBay that will fit my Fisher F4 and I won the auction. The coil is brand new & never used, I got it for $17.50 plus $6.95 shipping I can't wait to get it and try it out. You can see the item here http://cgi.ebay.com/Metal-Detector-Gold-Nugget-Coil-4-Bounty-Hunter_W0QQitemZ290139861591QQihZ019QQcategoryZ14955QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Yee Haw! Steve.

Will do. It might take awhile though, my payment (money order) has to go from New York (where I live) to Michigan, then wait for the coil to come from Michigan back to New York. Of course since being shipped by Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service (USPS) it will be at the speed of light, lol. Steve.

1. It is a great price for a coil that fits the new Fisher F4.

2. Because it is a Bounty Hunter coil doesn't mean it doesn't work well.
I use that coil on my F4 and it works perfect. The F4 with that 4" coil works better than the Ace 250 with the sniper coil ( And the Ace works good with the sniper).

3. Target separation at its best with this coil. More coins are hiden by masking than by depth. For trashy areas this coil is a must have.

4. My tests show that this 4" coil on the F4 can still hit coins up to 7" deep. (depends on the size of the coin)
