After a short detecting outing yesterday, I did come home with a few keepers. My first silver of the year which is the 1942-P war nickel. :thumbup: I was quite happy for I've not found one of those in ages. Then also there were a couple of wheat cents found close by. Had a great time for such a short hunt. HH, Nancy
 
War nickle and wheats would make my day anytime. Good hunt!

Way to go Nancy!!! I got out but unfortunately it was to rake the lawn. My back is killing me today but the lawn sure does look good. I'm hoping for nice weather this weekend so I can get out and swing!
