Her working late definitely mean I get some me time.. With the beautiful weather we had today, I was definitely getting some detecting in after work.
I was able to squeeze a few keepers in tonight. Finally dug my first Indian for the year a 1907. I dug the Indian that couldn't have been more than 5 inches in the ground, walked 3 steps and dug two wheat's in the same hole at 9 inches.. Ended up with a wore out silver merc as well.. Looks like a 1917 to me. She is in pretty bad shape, but it looks like you can see the top of the 7 after the 1. I was also able to pick up two first for me tonight. Found my first Good For 1 Loaf token, and also some kind of 1950 Turkish coin. You will see some close up pictures of them both.. Well guys I'm gonna cut this one short, I'm beat...
