About a 3 and 1/2 hour hunt this morning. My town has a local event every year called Mule days since the 1930s. It draws thousands of people and the beer is plentiful. I dont drink but I do find clad. Lots of times I find several coins in one hole. Found lots of keys also. . Today $4.86 in clad plus an interestig Esso tiger in your tank token On the back Happy motoring key club. It says drop in any mailbox. postage guaranteed and has a houston address. Now get this. I hunted 2 fields a half a mile or more apart. At the 2nd field I found the little brass item which I guess was a key tag. It also says drop in any mailbox Postage guaranteed with what looks like a Michigan address. Luck or fate?.My guess is these were old key chain tags that were meant to be returned when someone lost there keys, Anyone remember these. I do remember th tiger in the tank commercials.
