The ten is most likely the size. With that many real diamonds the ring would be stamped 14 or 18 KT. Nice looking ring though. Were any of the letters HGE ?

Bill[/quote]Willy,it ddn't have a ten on it. That's what the "jeweler" thought he saw. It says ROMAN. I looked for that mark on the net but din't see any. No HGE. I need ot take it to a real jeweler.
