Found and returned a college ring. It had been lost during a friendly snowball battle a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say the Texas A&M grad was happy to see it again. It's pretty neat to see the look on a person's face, when they think it's gone for good. By the way the X-70 did the trick.---HH----Wade

There's something real nice about stories like this. When someone loses an item of sentimental value, they probably never expect to see it again.
Great job!

Good enough! Any positive PR helps this hobby. He looks like a happy camper. Ron

Give yourself a pat on the back. It's always worth seeing the appreciation in some one's eyes when a lost item is returned. I know what it would mean to me to have a lost item returned. You did good my friend. You don't see too much of that type of action anymore, but you do see a lot of it among people who metal detect. Guess were a pretty darn good bunch of people.

Best wishes, John K

Great Job!!!!

I am the one who's lost ring was found. I was basically speechless when I turned around to find him standing there with my ring in hand.

For those unfamiliar with Texas A&M University, the Aggie ring is one of our most prized possessions.

Thanks again for helping me out. It will not soon be forgotten.

Thanks and Gig 'Em,

RG
