My Garrett Ace 250 Video - Testing with US Golden Dollar Coins

I decided to make a video showing the differences in readouts of varying amounts of dollar coins.

This is more of a fun video than an educational one, however you can see that when the coins increase in number in a small location the readouts will jump from silver coin to iron to nickel and back.

That is a very peculiar video but I did watch it all the way through. I was really wanting to see 10,000 of them. I did learn that I would probably pass right over any dollar coin spill over $50.00!

I have never spent a one dollar coin. I get them for tips at my job pretty regularly and it has taken me at least 10 years to collect over 1000 of them. Why do you have 1000 new dollar coins?

I've been collecting them since they introduced them sometime last year. Every now and then I'll buy a roll or two from the bank and search them for the elusive missing edge printing error, but the bulk of them I get as change in vending machines.

I have yet to find one with my detector though! They are not popular circulation in these parts.

Money pit indeed lol.. At my current rate of clad finding, it will take me 1.82 years to make up for my equipment. That's if I don't buy that GTI2500 anytime soon.
